My intention is to support your full sense of agency through your personal relationship to movement, your body, and your mind. 

Utilizing exercise science along with traditional yoga has been a passion of mine for my entire career.

Keeping the practice safe and deeply effective is my priority.

In order to enter a state of balance, one of internal strength and peace, we must begin to pay attention to the present moment.

Whether the present moment is as we (or others) think it “should” be is not a concern in yoga.

Yoga relieves us from that judgement.

It requires us to instead look from a clearer version of ourselves; to gain perspective and clarity on what our priorities are. In this moment.

Do not underestimate the power of this mindful consciousness;

 to guide you. 

 

Sometimes it is a traumatic life event, a physical injury, or stress that brings us to seek balance. 

To find our way through, we can practice the eight limb path of yoga with enthusiasm and patience.

Good guidance and a community can help us do this.

Peace within is the realization that we are not separate.

What comes from this realization is a state that has the potential to change our bodies, our minds, our relationships, and our world.
It is all a daily practice.
